Helping Ukrainian Refugees to Settle in Canada

In 2022, I had the privilege of working with Myrowich Staffing Agency, where our mission was to support displaced Ukrainian refugees in building a new life in Canada. As someone with Ukrainian roots, this work was deeply personal and meaningful. Our agency played a crucial role in helping newcomers find employment opportunities, navigate cultural transitions, and regain a sense of stability. I assisted individuals and families in connecting with local employers, preparing for interviews, and understanding workplace expectations in Canada. It wasn't just about jobs it was about restoring dignity, hope, and belonging. Watching our clients go from uncertainty to confidence was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career.
