I played as a Middle Linebacker, Defensive Captain, and Defensive Coach for the Beijing Barbarians in the China National Football League. What started as a love for the game quickly became a crash course in leadership, resilience, and teamwork under pressure.

As Defensive Captain, I was responsible for reading offenses, calling plays, and keeping the team focused through every snap. Coaching our defense pushed me to think strategically, communicate clearly, and help players grow—not just in skill, but in confidence and discipline. Whether it was drawing up blitz packages or running drills in the heat, I thrived on the energy, structure, and brotherhood that football brought into my life.

Those same lessons now shape how I lead and build teams off the field—with purpose, intensity, and a deep respect for what it means to work together.
